摘要
中药药效物质基础研究是中药现代化战略的重中之重 ,其本质是寻找一种可以发挥综合药理作用的特殊的化学药物整体 ,以煎服的汤剂为主的中药剂型表现了水溶性成分的重要性 .无机陶瓷膜技术因其耐高温、机械强度高、化学稳定性好等特点 ,可在基本保持水提取这一传统工艺的基础上 ,依据中药有效成分的分子量特征 ,对中药及其复方进行“集群筛选” ,既符合中医药理论的核心“整体观念” ,又与当今药学学科前沿“天然组合化学库”研究思路不谋而合 .
The study of material base for efficacy of Chinese drugs is the most important in the stratagem of Chinese drugs modernization,and its key is to seek a group of chemical drugs that can exert the comprehensive pharmacological functions. This paper elucidates the properties of material base for efficacy of Chinese drugs and the significance of applying ceramic membrane technologies to screening out the effective components of Chinese drugs. A lot of experimental results of using the ceramic membrane techologies to process the decoction of Chinese drugs indicate that the ceramic membrane technology is an important and promising means to study the material base for efficacy of Chinese drugs. The emphasis of the study is also discussed.
