摘要
以聚氯乙烯 (PVC)为原料 ,N -甲基 - 2吡咯烷酮 (NMP)作溶剂 ,研究PVC/NMP体系的粘度与溶解温度和PVC含量的关系 .定性分析了纺丝细流中的溶剂扩散与中空纤维膜结构之间的关系 .同时 ,通过纺丝动力学原理 ,讨论了纺丝工艺参数对膜性能的影响 .文中描述的聚氯乙烯中空纤维膜的最大透水率为 80mL/(cm2 ·h) ,截留率 85 %~ 95 %(截留牛血青蛋白分子量为 6 70 0 0 ) .
In this paper,the change of viscosity of PVC solution with solving temperature and content of PVC was investigated. N -methyl-2 pyrrolidone was used as solvent. It was discovered that the viscosity of spinning solution increases with PVC content increasing and the decreasing of temperature at which PVC is solved. PVC hollow fiber membrane was produced by dry-wet spinning technology.The relationship between solvent diffusion in hollow fiber and the structure of hollow fiber was discussed.Meanwhile the mechanism of spinning patameters affecting the property of hollow fiber membrane was researched by dynamic analysis of spinning.Permeabiliy of PVC hollow fiber produced is 80mL/(cm 2.h) and retention ratio is 85%~95%(molecular weight of bovine serum albumin is 67 000).
