应用支气管肺泡灌洗治疗金葡菌肺炎疗效分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的 :观察应用支气管肺泡灌洗术治疗金葡菌肺炎的疗效。方法 :将 4 6例金葡菌肺炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组 ,治疗组在常规抗生素等治疗的基础上应用纤支镜支气管肺泡灌洗术治疗 ,对照组仅常规抗生素等治疗。结果 :治疗组与对照组的平均住院日分别为 2 1.3d和 35 .6d(P <0 .0 1)。治疗组与对照组的治愈率分别为 96 .0 % ,76 .2 % (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :应用纤支镜支气管肺泡灌洗治疗金葡菌肺炎疗效显著。
