摘要
分析了气化用原料煤加工的重要性。介绍了将原料煤加工成气化用原料煤的筛分、分级、成型等工序的工艺流程。特别介绍了该流程中采用振动流化床分级器对粒度为 3mm煤分级的关键技术 ,并结合应用实例对此作了技术经济分析 ,实践证明 ,其经济效益十分显著。
The importance of raw coal preparing for gasfication process is analyzed. It introduces the process of screening, classification and molding of the raw coal which is prepared to be raw material coal for gasification. The critical technology of coal classification, in which the vibrating fluidizing bed has been adopted for separating 3mm coals, is specially introduced. Technical and economic analysis of the technology has been conducted with regard to actual projects, which shows the economic profit is significant.
