用M2120内圆磨床光磨外滚道时,其D级品合格率仅为20％。经过提高机床基础件精度、床身导轨贴塑和采用新型内圆磨具等措施对其进行精化改造后,合格率提高到80％。附表l个。
When ordinary infernal grinder type M2120 is used, the percent of pass of D class product is only 20% during fine grinding the outer raceway. After fine transformation by improving the foumdational component accuracy of machine, sticking plastic material on guide rail of machine body and adopting new type of internal grinding wheels, the percent of pass is increased to 80%.
