摘要
胶乳加到高岭土悬浮液中能瓦解片状高岭土的聚集 ,提高了涂料的多分散性 ,同时增加了涂料的稳定性。胶乳在涂料中起到粘接颜料粒子及颜料与纸基的作用 ,增强涂层强度。胶乳的粒径和形状、胶乳的稳定性及玻璃化温度等特性影响涂料粘度、流变性等性能。在预涂涂布中 ,选择由高苯乙烯含量聚合的羧基丁苯胶乳可提高涂层抗拉毛强度及纸面光泽度和平滑度 。
Addition of latex to a clay suspension can disrupt the platelet platelet association, also raises the polydipersity of a coating, at the meantime increases coating pigment stability. The main function of latex is to bond pigment particles, then to build up the film strength. The properties of latex such as diameter, shape, stability, and glass temperature and so forth influence coating pigment properties such as the viscosity of coating and rehology and so on. In the first coating, a carboxyl styrene/butadiene(SBR), which is polymerized with high styrene, is chosen to raise the coating film strength, gloss, smoothness, and is useful for the second coating.
