摘要
用相距H的两平行平面截于挡边球面,得到半径分别为r_1和r_2的圆弧,用轮廓仪在两平面内测得圆弧轮廓,用最小二乘法拟合出r_1及r_2,即可计算出挡边曲率半径R值。附图3幅,参考文献3篇。
Two parallel planes with suitable distance are used to cut in the spherical surface of rib then two arcs with radius r1 and r2 respectively can be gaincd.The profile of such arcs can be measured by profile tester within two plancs.and the r1 r2 can be fitted by least square method. If substituting the distance H between the two planes (the distance of parallel displacement during
measuring) into the following formula: R
the value of radius of curvature of cone back face rib R can be gained. The principle and procedure of measurement is introduced in details in this paper.
