摘要
中小型球轴承噪声水平是评定轴承质量的一个重要指标。本文从噪声测量、圆度、波纹度、表面粗糙度、沟曲率圆度、清洁度、生产线上的碰卡伤及产品结构的优化设计等八个方面,介绍降低轴承噪声的试验结果。附图7幅,表8个。
The noise and vibration level is an important index for evaluation of bearing quality. In this paper, the test result of reducing bearing noise is introduced from following respects, noise testing, round ness, waveness, surface roughness, roundness of groove curvature, cleanliness, scars of bump and squeeze caused in production line , optima] design of product structure, etc.
