摘要
思想道德教育是精神文明建设的重要组成部分。思想道德教育是否有效 ,关系到我国精神文明建设的成败。构建良好的思想道德教育的外环体系 ,确保思想道德教育的有效性 ;创建思想道德教育的内环体系 ,探索新世纪思想道德教育有效的途径 ;建立充满活力的思想道德教育的核心体系 ,提高受教育者思想道德修养的自觉性。只有同时发挥思想道德教育各体系的作用 ,一环紧扣一环 ,不偏废和忽视任何一个方面 ,思想道德教育才能收到较好的效果 ,使我国的精神文明建设在 2 1世纪再创辉煌。
The ideological and moral education is important part of construction of spiritual civilization.The ideological and moral work,which exists or not,concerns the success or failure of construction of spiritual civilization.In order to ensure effects of ideological and moral education we must structure good outer circle system of ideological and moral education;In order to explore an efficient approach of idological and moral education in teh new century,we must create its inner circle system;we should establish central system of ideological and moral education with full vigour so as to raise self-consciousness of ideological and moral trainning of the persons who receive education.Only we develop the function of all systems of ideological and moral education step by step and pay attention to every aspect,can we obtain better effects in ideological and moral eduction so as to make our construction of spiritual civilization recreate brilliance in the 21sth century.
