摘要
当今时代是知识经济和世界经济全球化迅速发展的时代。面对新时代 ,中国的高等教育应注重提高学生的素质 ,培养学生的能力 ,训练学生的思维方式 ,从而培养学生的创新精神和创新能力 ,以适应时代发展的需要。
The present is an era of knowledge economy and world economy which develops rapidly in the whole world.Facing the new era,in order to adapt to developmental need of the era,Chinese higher education should pay attention to improve students quality,cultivate students ability,train students thought way,therefore cultivate students creative spirit and ability.
