摘要
通过研究发达国家研究生创新教育的特点和发展趋势 ,指出影响中国研究生创新意识和创新能力培养的主要因素 ,并针对中国研究生创新教育的改革提出具体的建议 ,即应该进一步扩大国际交流、拆除学科壁垒、以人为本、为学科和人才超常发展提供条件 。
Based on the study of main characteristics and developing trends about international advanced innovative education of graduate students, the paper analyzes major factors affecting innovative spirit and ability of graduate students in China, and then presents corresponding countermeasures and solutions about developing graduate innovative education such as extending international exchange, removing disciplinary barriers, keeping the people as the key factor, creating conditions for the extraordinary development of talented people and implementing education management system innovations etc.
