摘要
加入 WTO,为企业投资提供了公开、公正、公平的游戏规则。然而 ,投资必然“趋利”,投资必存风险 ,每个企业在投资过程中都难免发生风险。企业若缺乏风险意识和防范能力 ,必将被风险所吞噬。从五个方面对企业投资风险做出了理性思考 。
China's entry into WTO offers open, just and fair rules for enterprise investment. But investment surely aims at making profits and certainly coexists with certain risks. Every enterprise inevitably confronts with some kinds of risks in the course of investment. Therefore, if enterprises lack of their awareness of risk and defensive ability they are sure to meet their failures to some degree. This article makes some rational thinking on enterprise's investment risk in five respects and puts forward some answers for the enterprise investment.
