摘要
面对“入世” ,山东省政府及时制定了外贸发展的总体思路和工作重点 ,即山东省必须认真、具体、全面、有针对性地研究运用世贸组织的有关规则 ,重点解决好“三力”问题 ,即增强外贸企业的竞争力、环境的吸引力、发展的推动力 ,加快实施经济国际化战略的步伐。本文在此基础上 ,紧紧围绕“三力”的要求 ,提出了一些山东外贸发展的对策建议。
Facing to entering into WTO, Shandong government made a strategy to develop foreign trade that they must resolve the problem to strengthen the competition ability of enterprises, the attractive of circumstance and the power of development by studying and applying the rule of WTO, the thesis introduce some view-point in accordance with this problem.
