摘要
本组自1975年来共收治嗜铬细胞瘤22例,发生各种并发症7种.其中高血压危象11例,窦性心动过速17例,低循环血容量休克19例,低血钾12例,肺部感染6例,高血糖及高血红蛋白症各1例.死于高血压危象致心衰和术后并发ARDS各1例.作者讨论了围术期几种主要并发症的发生原因,提出了相应的预防和处理措施.
Abstract sinca 1975, 22cases of pheochromocytoma have been treated by operation. The perioperative complica-
tions of this disease are presinted, including hypertension crisis in 11 cases, sinus tachycardia in 17,shock due to reduc-
tion of circulating blood volume in 19, hypokalemia in 12, pulmonary infection in 6, hyperglycemia in 1 and hyperhe-
moglobinemia in 1. Among these cases, two patients died of hypertension crisis and ARDS respectively. The causes and
treatmints of the complications were discussed.
