摘要
本文总结有病理组织学证实的乳腺肿物针吸细胞学检查235例,结果表明本组乳癌细胞学诊断阳性率为80%,假阴性14．5%,无假阳性报告。结合涂片观察,本文提出了乳腺肿块针吸细胞学的良恶性鉴别标准,讨论了导致假阳性和假阴性的原因。
235 cases of breast lumps which were diagnosed by fine needle aspiration cytology were analysed in this article. All these cases were confirmed by histopathological examination that positive cytological diagnosis was 80% and false negative was 14. 5%. There were no false positive results. By observing cytological smear, we set the criteria of differentiating bengin and malignant lesions in the fine needle aspiration cytological diagnosis of breast lumps and discussed the cause of the false positive and false negative.
