摘要
桑始叶螨危害桑叶后叶片细胞的叶绿体双层外被膜破裂,基粒片层和基质片层排列杂乱并出现较大的空泡,细胞质中也出现圆球状的电子致密颗粒及近似同心圆形的膜状物,但线粒体和内质网并未遭到破坏或破坏程度较轻.
Great changes were observed in the ultrastructure of cell in the mulberry leaves endangered by Eotetranychus suginamensis.The double-layered chloroplast membrane disrupted,loose and disorderly arrangement of lamellar system occurred,and numerous empty vesicle.Clusters of electrin-dense particles and concentric circules membrane material in cytoplasm.However,mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum are not injured or in the slightest degree.
