摘要
以受腐蚀海底输油管道中的应力超过屈服应力极限为失效形式,基于第4强度理论进行管道中相当应力的计算,在此基础上提出一种管道腐蚀剩余寿命的预测方法,并用于海底受腐蚀管道的检测修复;此外,提出一种考虑腐蚀裕度的管道腐蚀剩余强度预测方法。
Based on the fourth strength theory, a evaluation method on the remaining life of eroded submarine ptpelines is presented and applied to examination and maintenance of pipelines. And finally, considering the erosion capacity of pipelines, a method with evaluating the remaining strength of pipelines is raised.
