摘要
本套器械系为了解决目前国际上尚未解决的人工髓臼三个方向一次性准确定位问题及人工髋臼固定欠佳问题.它由髋臼铰刀、锥度螺纹铣头、陶臼置入器及定向手术架四部分组成.其核心构件为一件铣头,它对陶臼的七个系列(φ:50、52、55、57、60、63、65mm)皆能通用.并能一次成型内螺纹.用于尸髓成型54次,成功50次(92.6%).临床手术10次,全部成功.本器械以机械固定方式安装陶臼;代替用粘固剂固定,无疑提供了一套先进、高效手段,并能提高人工髋关节置换手术疗效.
In 1982, We reported the reasearch of whole-ceramic artificial hip joint. In this paper, a method is established for implanting direction and fixation of ceramic artificial acetabulum. The fixation can be active mechanical fixation by using three directional conical screw instruments of acetabulum which have been invented and applied in clinical by us.This study presents a discouraging results.Of a total of 54 cadaver acetabulum 50 were successful and in all of 10 patients whole-ceramic acetabula had been implanted satisfactorily by using our instruments
