摘要
研究了新型防霉剂双乙酸钠对球毛壳和黄曲霉两种霉菌的抑制作用,井用目前应用广泛的防腐剂苯甲酸同其作对照实验。实验结果表明双乙酸钠是一种优良的防霉剂,其防霉效果优于苯甲酸。通过双乙酸钠对霉菌抑制作用的研究为其在食品、粮食及饲料等领域中的防霉保鲜应用提供一定的理论依据。
Sodium diacetate is a new type of antiseptic. Its inhibiting acting on two common mildews was studied. A comparison of antiseptic effects has been made between sodium diacetate and benzotic acid which is widely used nowadays. It was proved that sodium diacetate is an excellent preservatives and the experiment provided the basis of theory for its application.
