摘要
利用神经网络技术对醋酸乙烯酯(VAc)催化合成过程建立模型,以便合理使用催化剂,寻找最佳工艺条件;同时对催化剂在“停车再开车”过程中的活性变化进行了研究,从而指导生产,实现装置效益最大化。
Set up a model for catalytic synthesis process of VAc by means of neural network technology for reasonable use of catalyst and seeking for the optimum operationg condition . Meanwhile, the change of catalyst activity in the course of 'starting machine after shutdown 'was studied to instruct producton and maximize the profit of device.
