摘要
我国经济体制转轨以来,城镇化加快发展,但相对滞后于经济发展水平。在城镇化加快发展进程中,全国劳动力增长重心已经明显地转移到城镇地区。但是,城镇化滞后导致就业容量扩增滞后和城乡就业压力加剧;转型时期的城镇就业问题很大程度上表现为城乡就业压力的相互交织。因此,我国必须积极稳妥地加快城镇化发展进程,走城镇化推动型的城乡就业协调发展道路。
The urbanization has had a quick development since the transition of our country's economic institutions; howerver, relatively, it still lags behind the level of economic development. In the developmental course of urbanization the focus of the national labor power increase has obviously shifted to cities and towns. But, the urbanization backwardness is leading to a stagnation of employment amount and a pressure of urban employment. In a large degree the issue of urbanization in the transitive period manifests itself as an issue of urban employment pressure. Accordingly, we must step up oure urbanization positively and steadily.
