摘要
目前,常用于检测冠心病的彩色、脉冲多普勒及二维、M型超声心动图几种方法,各有其优点与不足.本文利用其各自的优点与实用方法,对89年11月至90年5月在本院同时用以上4种方式检测的47例冠心病患者及17例正常人进行了分析研究.认为。
The advantages and disadvantages of various echocardi-ography including Color, pulse doppler.Two-dimensioaal and M-mode were evaluated in the detection of Coronary artery disease. A total of 47 patients with Coronary artery disease and 17 cases of healthy control were studied by above mentioned 4 different eehocardio-graphy. The results were analysed and showed chat such an examintion was helpful and practical for detection of Coronary artery disease without motion of ventricular wall
