摘要
本文改良了Denniston消解样品的方法,探讨了盐酸介质等对测定铂的影响以及分析予处理中的有关问题,建立了测定癌症病人脑肿瘤组织及血浆中微量铂的热解石墨炉原子吸收法.方法的绝对灵敏度为9.0×10^(-11)g/1%吸收,检出限为4.2×10^(-11)g,相对标准偏差为2.6—7.4%.标准加入回收率为92—101%
A modified Denniston's method for the determination of pt by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometric method (GFAAS) was discribed. Several factors of influence and pretreatment method in quantitative of pt was discussed. The trace platinum in brain tumor and plasma in cancered patients who teceived infusion of CDDP (IA 60mg,IV 150mg) was analyzed. The characteristic content of this method was 9.0×10^(-11)g/1%A. Limit of detection was 4.2×10^(-11)g. The RSD was 2.2--7.4%(n = 6). The recovery in the range of 0.05-0.60ug/ml was 92-101%.This method was simple, rapid and accurate.
