硅热法回收高速钢磨屑的研究

摘要 介绍了硅热法冶炼高速钢磨屑生产复合合金的原理及工艺过程,对原料粒度、还原剂、石灰及单位热效应对回收率的影响进行了分析研究。结果表明:W、Mo回收率在95%以上,Cr回收率大于55%,V回收率不低于20%,产品质量稳定,可满足炼钢使用要求,具有明显的经济效益和社会效益。 The pricipal and the technicial process of recovery W, Mo, Cr, V from high speed steel tool grinding dust by silico thermic process to produce secondary alloy raw material are introduced. The effect of raw materical size and reducing reagent and lime and unit charge thermal on recovery ratio are analized. The results show that the technical is practicable. The recovery ratio of W and Mo is more than 95 percent, the ratio of Cr is over 55 percent, the ratio of V is about 20 percent. The quality of product is stable and the product can meet the need of steelmaking. The waste of tool grinding dust is full of used and remarkable social - economic benefites are achived.
