摘要
应用高温密闭电阻,在还原气氛中,通过高温熔融试验,对液态锰铁的高温挥发进行了初步研究。熔融锰铁的温度愈高,平衡蒸气压愈大,挥发速度愈快。熔体中锰的扩散速度是挥发过程的限制性环节。金属锰在锰铁熔体中的扩散动力学方程可近似表达为:C=Cb+(Ci-1-Cb)erf[x/],式中,1733K时,D=2.0×10-5;1793K时,D=3.5×10-5。
The evaporation of molten ferromanganese was studied in a reduction atmosphere by means of resistance furnace at high temperaturt. The higher the temperature of molten ferromanganese, the greater the evaporation pressure and the quantity. The diffusion of manganese in liquid ferromanganese is the key step of evaporation and can be expressed as: C=Cb+(Ci-1-Cb)erf[x/], where: D=2. 0×10-5 and 3.5×10-5, at 1 733K and 1 793K respectively.
