摘要
研究了聚丙烯与木粉以不同比率复合而成的材料的物理力学性能和复合形态特征。结果表明 :不同混合比率的聚丙烯与木粉进行复合后所得的复合材料 ,除冲击强度有所降低外 ,其它力学性能均比纯聚丙烯的有较大幅度的提高。木粉表面的酯化处理可以改善木塑界面之间的相容性和复合材料的均匀性。
This article deals with the mechanical properties of wood powder polypropylene composite panels and the morphology of the esterification of the wood surface while varying the level of wood content. Compared with 100% PP boards, the mechanical property results for the composite boards, except for impact strength, were observably improved with all wood powder contents. On the other hand, the morphology characteristics of the composites showed that the esterification treatment of the wood surface could improve the interfacial adhesion and dispersion between the polypropylene and wood powder. The SEM observation revealed that there were inlay structures in the composites, which meant that there also had been a physical combination between the polypropylene and wood powder.
