摘要
预弯预应力混疑土粱是一种采用高强度钢梁,在下缘钢梁受拉状态下包裹高强度混疑土以储备预压应力的构件。预弯梁具有很多的优点。 本文叙述和讨论了: 1.足尺预弯梁的单梁试验结果和分析; 2.关于截面设计、支点约束能力的影响、影响预压应力的因素,满载时截面应力的标准等几个问题。 最后,对我国预弯梁的研究和生产提出一些粗浅看法。
The preflex beam is composed of a preflexed steel beam with a high yield point, the tensioned part of which is encased in high-quality precompressed concrete.
It obtains various advantages and special characteristics in structural field.The following items are narrated and discussed in this paper.
1. The test results and analyses of actual dimension of PREFLEX beams.
2. The discussion on the design of section, the effect of restraint at supports, the factor influencing the precompression, the standard of section stress on the whole load stage, etc.
Finally, the research and production on the PREFLEX beams in our country are discussed and stressed for the future use.
