摘要
目的 :观察活力晶对正常成年大鼠学习记忆的影响。方法 :采用跳台实验和免疫组织化学ABC法。结果 :服药组海马生长抑素 (SS)、精氨酸加压素 (AVP)在各部表达增强 ;跳台实验的逃避时间 (EL)缩短 ,大鼠从台上跳到台下的潜伏期 (SDL)延长。结论 :活力晶具有促进记忆蛋白的表达而增强大鼠记忆能力的作用。
Objective:To observe the effects of Huolijing (HLJ) granules on the abilities of learning and memory in normal adult rats. Method: Springing to platform test and immunohistochemical ABC were employed. Result: Somatostatin (SS), arginine vasopressin hormone (AVP) had a higher expression in the experimental group than those in the control group.Spinging to platform test showed that escape latency(EL) was shorter,while step down latency(SDL) was significantly longer.Conclusion:HLJ granules improve memory ability by facilitating the expression of memory protein.
