摘要
在文献基础上,本人改进了消化液,2,3-二氨基萘(DAN)保存和使用,以及萃取液用量等操作,分析了广东省、海南省共1140个土壤中硒的样品,取得了点滴经验。
Based on the references, author improved digestion liquid, preserve and using of DAN, and using volume of extracting agent and operation etc. 1140 (samples of Se in soil of Guangdong and Hainan were measured. Some experience were obtained.
