摘要
目的 探讨康复治疗对急性心肌梗死 (AMI)患者心功能的影响。方法 对 2 6例AMI患者急性期和恢复期进行 6个月个体化的康复治疗 ,并于发病 6个月后进行心脏功能评定。结果 14例患者心脏功能由发病 1个月时的 4 98± 0 6 6METs提高到发病半年时 8 2 0± 2 33METs,峰值心率血压乘积 (RPP ,10 2 mmHg×次 /min)亦由 12 5 36± 2 9 6 3提高到 184 4 2± 30 6 0。 12例患者发病半年时心脏功能为 8 0 2±2 0 3METs。结论 对AMI急性期和恢复期患者进行康复治疗可增强其心脏功能 ,改善心肌氧供 ,提高生活质量。
Objective To study the effect of rehabilitation treatment on the heart function of patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods The twenty-six patients with AMI were treated by rehabilitation exercise respectively for 6 months at acute stage and at convalescent stage,then the heart function of every patient was evaluated.Results Heart function of 14 patients increased from 4.98±0.66METs to 8.20±2.33METs after six months,and their RPP(the peak value of heart rate multiplied by blood pressure,10 2mmHg×frequency/min) also increased from 125.36±29.63 to 184.42±30.60.The heart function of other 12 patients treated by rehabilitation exercise was 8.02±2.03METs after six months.Conclusion Rehabilitation treatment can increase the heart function of patients with AMI,improve the supply of oxygen to myocardium and quality of life.
