AN ANALYSIS OF STIRRING ENERGY OF BOTTOM BLOWN O_2 AND CH, IN THE COMBINED-BLOWN CONVERTER

摘要 针对底吹氧气和天然气的复吹转炉,建立了适合该气源的熔池搅拌能计算式;同时还探讨了影响搅拌能大小的主要因素和搅拌强度随吹炼过程的变化规律。 A calculation formula of stirring energy in liquid steel is set up for bottom-blown O2 and CH,| in the combined blown converter, and the main factors which have an effect on stirring energy and the variation law of stirring energy in steel-making process are discussed.
