摘要
本文根据齿轮啮合原理,用矢量计算方法推出了钟表齿轮滚刀齿形设计的计算公式;详细讨论了满足误差控制要求的滚刀齿形代用圆弧的确定方法;并给出了在苹果—Ⅱ计算机上算出的例子。
Basing on the principles of gear mesh, we infer the numerical formula of tooth form design for the clock and watch gear hob by vector analysis,study the fixed method of substituting circular arc for the hob tooth form,which satisfies the demand for error-controlling,and give out an example which is numerated,on appple- Ⅱ computer.
