摘要
女性在生产物质财富的同时 ,还承担着繁衍人类的天职 ,生育保险就是社会对女性承担人类再生产所做奉献的回报和补偿。本文阐述了生育保险的特点、意义、范畴以及中外差异 ,揭示了我国生育保险制度和沿革现状及前瞻 ,提出了面对加入WTO的挑战 ,我国生育保险必须改革、完善 ,才能与时俱进 ,同世界接轨。
While female produce physical fortune,they assume the duty of human reproduction.Bearing insurance is a favor and compensation society returns to female.The paper explains the characteristics of bearing insurance,its meaning and scale,and the difference from overseas.Also the paper describes the history of bearing insurance and foresees its future.Facing the challenges of WTO,we have to reform and improve the bearing insurance in China.Only to do so,we can enhance ourselves with time passing,and catch up with the world pace.
