摘要
中国加入WTO后 ,保险市场进一步对外开放 ,面对外资保险企业的大量进入 ,增强自身核心能力和竞争优势已成为关键。中国保险企业的核心竞争能力可通过进入市场能力、声誉相关能力、功能相关能力和可靠保障能力来体现。应以战略管理为目标 ,培育保险企业的市场竞争能力 ;以整体营销理念为指导 ,健全保险企业的营销服务能力 ;以创新为重点 ,增强保险企业的功能相关能力 ;以人才培养为核心 ,永葆企业竞争优势。
After China's entering WTO, the insurance market will further be open to the outside world. Facing the large entry of foreign enterprises, to strengthen the core competence itself and competitive advantages has become the key point. China's core competitiveness of insurance enterprises can be reflected by the entering market competence, the interrelated prestige competence, the interrelated function competence and the reliable guarantee competence. We should cultivate its market core competitiveness, taking the strategic management as its goal;amplify its marketing service competence, taking the whole marketing ideology as its guidance; strengthen its interrelated function competence, taking the innovation as its main point; and keep its competitive advantages, taking the personnel cultivation as its core.
