摘要
介绍了用最小二乘法评价线性测量系统线性度指标时 ,测量结果的不确定分析和评价过程 ;讨论了影响评价结果不确定度的几个主要误差来源 ;给出了减小线性度指标评价不确定度的主要措施 :1环境控制措施 ,以减少环境带来的不确定度 ;2选取高精度信号 ,以减少信号源带来的不确定度。通过实例 ,给出了线性度指标不确定度分析和评价结果。本文方法及结论可应用在对于计量标准进行线性度指标的不确定度分析上 。
In this paper,it is described that the uncertainty of evaluation results of linearity of linear measurement system by using the least mean square method,including the courses of analysis and evaluation of uncertainty of it.Some error sources of linearity evaluation are discussed.Several main methods to decrease the linearity evaluation errors and evaluation uncertainty have been proposed.They are environment influence controlling,and decreasing the signal uncertainty to decrease the evaluation uncertainty caused by signal source.Through the practical example of experiment,the analysis and uncertainty evaluation results of linearity are presented in this paper,The courses and conclusion of analysis and uncertainty evaluation of linearity in this paper,can be applied to the uncertainty evaluation of masurement standards of linearity,can also be used in the uncertainty evaluation of linearity itself.
