摘要
本文采用显微分光光度计技术对26例正常子宫内膜、子宫内膜增生过长和子宫内膜腺癌的腺上皮细胞DNA进行定量测定,结果表明:7例囊腺型增生过长细胞核DNA含量与正常增殖期内膜相近;7例腺瘤型增生DNA平均含量介于囊腺型增生与内膜癌之间,其中2例DNA含量及细胞倍体分布与内膜癌相似;8例内膜癌DNA含量显著高于增殖期内膜细胞,非整倍体细胞明显增多。DNA含量的测定能更客观精确地反映内膜细胞的增生、分化程度,并作为探索内膜癌早期诊断的一项指标。
Microspectrophotometric measurements of gland epithelial cell nuclei were carried out in 26 cases of endometrium. The average DNA value in 7 cases of cystic hyperplasia was indistinguishable from that of normal proliferative epithelium; in 7 cases of adenometous hyperplasia, the DNA value was located between the cystic hyperplasia and endometrial carcinoma, and two out of them with more aneuploid cells presented similar DNA value and ceil distribution with endometrial carcinoma, it was found, moreover, there was a statistically significant difference in DNA value between normal proliferative epithelium and carcinoma. The measurement of DNA content could reflect the degree of proliferation and differentiation of endometrial epithelium more objectively and precisely and be served as a referential criteria for early diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma.
