摘要
提出了一种用射线逼近曲线的新方法 ,并对快速LADT拟合算法实施了改进 .该方法经MIT BIH心电数据库测试表明 :改进的方法不仅计算量大大减小 ,而且仍然有很高的压缩率 ,增强了LADT算法的实时性 ,使得LADT的实时应用成为可能 .
An improved electrocardiogram(ECG) data compression algorithm based on the quick fitting of LADT is proposed in this paper We propose approximating ECG by radius. We apply it to compression of ECG data. Experiments on selected records from the MIT BIH arrhythmia database revealed that the improved algorithm is significantly more efficient in compression and in computatio than the quick fitting of LADT. The improved algorithm can satisfy the demand of real time application.
