摘要 我们制备N—丁基—N—(4—羟基丁基)—亚硝胺(BBN),并用于诱发大鼠膀胱肿瘤,获得成功。 N—Butyl—N—(4—hydroxy—butyl)—nitrosamine(BBN) was prepared in Our laboratory, and we have Succeeded Success—fully to indvce bladder tumor in rats with this nitrosoamine.
