摘要
分析了碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)异型管在成形过程中表面皱折产生的原因,利用FEP热收缩管材的耐高温性、不粘特性和热收缩性等特性,采用合理的工艺技术。
This paper analysed the cause of surface shrinkling of CFRP profile tubing in the process of moulding.The surface quality of profile tubing was improved by taking advantage of the characteristics of resistance to high tempaerature,tack-free and heat-shrinkage of FEP heat-shrinkable tubing,and by use of reasonable processing technology.
