摘要
癌基因的得到证实,距今已有十年多的时间了。现在巳知,这类与癌瘤发生有关的基因,是源于正常细胞基因组中在特定时空程序上表达产物、具有正常功能的所谓原癌基因(Proto-oncogene)或称细胞癌基因(c-oncogene)。后者的点突变、重排、基因扩增、染色体易位,或者受增强子的活化作用等,都是目前已知使之转变为癌基因的分子机制。不过。
Recent studies on c-oncogene in relation to receptor tyrosine kinase family,regula-tion of cell cycle duration and effects on cell differentiation were briefly reviewed. Itis emphasized that many researches around c-oncogenes especially on the abovementioned aspects have made prominent contribution to enrich our understanding onthe control mechanism of cell growth and differentiation, and which in turn providesnew approaches to elucidate the possibility that if perturbance of these normal cellularprocesses may lead to neoplastic transformation.
