摘要 为解决受压设备上防超压弹簧安全阀存在的固有缺陷 ,将自行研制的氮化铁磁性流体应用在静态密封技术上 ,成功地研制出“磁性流体密封安全阀” ,并于 1999年获国家专利 ,2 0 0 0年通过科技成果鉴定。本文叙述了目前使用弹簧安全阀的固有缺陷和自行研制的磁性流体密封安全阀的设计原理。 In order to solve the problems that exist in the spring safety valve and by applying the iron nitride magnetic fluid developed by our own efforts to the static sealing techniques, we have successfully developed 'the magnetic fluid safety valve for sealing' which was accepted as the state patent in 1999 and authenticated as the achievement in the scientific research in 2000 This paper focuses on the existed drawbacks of the spring safety valve now in use, the design principle of the magnetic fluid safety valve for sealing, the testing results of the functional parameters, and the effects of its application
