摘要
5份莴苣种子,在3种不同温度、相对湿度60%条件下,短期存放6个月。结果指出:不同品种种子发芽率的变化不同,各处理因子间差异均达极显著水平。进一步分析表明,在温度、时间、品种3因素中,以时间和温度对种子发芽率的影响较大,其次是品种。
Taking five shares of lettuce Seeds stored for six months with different temperatuses and relative humidity of 60%.
The results show that the variation of seed germination percentage is different in various varieties. The differences of all treatments are extremely significant level. Further analysis is indicated the storage period and temperature are the most important factors to seed germination percentage among three factors of temperature, period and variety. and then the variety.
