回顾湖北电网形成和发展的主要过程 ,突出改革开放 2 0多年的巨大变化 ,对其中出现的电网稳定问题、稳定事故及采取的稳定措施进行总结分析。总结电网稳定工作的基本经验 。
Summary and analysis have been given out for the problems of power stability, stability fault and relevant stability measures employed during the forming and developing stage of Hubei power system, and existing problems in the work of stability and its improvement method have been expounded.
