摘要
沙拐枣种子对水气调节敏感。发芽试验以沙床为最好。种子萌发的温度范围为15～50,恒温35℃发芽率最高。光照对种子萌发没有影响。经剪果角和切子叶处理后,种子发芽率可分别比对照提高20.3%和18.4%,效果最理想。初次计数以3天,末次计数以14天为宜。
Calligonum mongolicum is sensible to water vapour regulation. The germination tests take sand bed as the best. Temperature range of germination is 15-50℃. the highest germination rate is 35℃ constant temperature. The illumination is no effect for germination. After treated by cutting angle and cotyledon, the germination rate is respectively higher 20.3% and 18.4% than the check and the result is the idealest. The first counting is 3 days and the last is suitable for 14 days.
