摘要
为观察中药补肾灵 (主药 :灵芝、淫阳藿、大黄 )对慢性肾功能衰竭 (CRF)模型大鼠血液生化指标的影响。 48只SD大鼠分为 4组 :A正常组、B模型组、C中药治疗组、D西药 (包醛氧淀粉 )对照组 ,除A组外 ,其余大鼠用腺嘌呤造成CRF模型。C、D组分别以中西药物灌胃 ,2 1天后处死动物 ,检测相关血液生化指标。结果 :补肾灵可显著改善模型动物肾功能 (BUN、Scr)、白蛋白 (Alb)、电解质 (Cl- 、P+ 、Mg2 + ) ,自由基 (SOD、LPO)等。提示补肾灵能加速腺嘌呤性CRF大鼠代谢产物的排泄 ,减轻毒物对肾脏的损害 ,从而改善肾功能。
In order to observe the influence of 'Kidney Tonifying Agent' (main ingredients:Ganoderma Lucidum,Herba Epimedii,Radix Rhei) on biochemical indexes of chronic renal failure (CRF) in modeled rats,48 SD rats were divided into four groups:Group A (normal group),B (model group),C (Chinese medicine group),and D (Medication (Coated Aldehyde Oxystarch) control group).Except Group A,the rest rats were modeled with CRF by adenine.Group C and D were respectively fed with Chinese and western medicines and killed 21 days later,to determine the related blood biochemical indexes.The results showed that 'Kidney Tonifying Agent'could remarkably improve the renal functions (BUN,Scr),Albumin (Alb),electrolyte (Cl -,P +,Mg 2+ ) and free radicals (SOD,LPO) in the modeled rats.The finding indicate that 'Kidney Tonifying Agent' can accelerate the discharge of metabolic products in adenine modeled CRF rats and can reduce harms of toxins on the kidney,so as to improve the renal functions.
