摘要
新贸易理论提出政府干预贸易的两个论点 :一是利润转移的论点 (或战略贸易论点 ) ,另一个是外部经济论点。这两个论点可用于解释高技术产业中政府对产业和贸易的干预。模型分析表明 ,在不完全竞争的市场结构中 ,存在政府干预高技术产业和贸易的必要性和吸引力。
The 'new trade theory' whose assumption is the imperfect competition and scale economy has convincingly illustrated the feasibility of improving a nation's welfare by means of intervening trade. According to the theory of 'strategic trade policy', the high tech industry is one of the trargeted areas to be intervened out of its enomous externality and strategic features.
