摘要
文献资料分析认为 :目前国内外对健美操的研究主要有 11个领域 ,对健美操运动的教学基础领域、教学方法、形态机能素质及体适能、创编能力这些问题的研究比较深入 ;而对健美操运动的美育功能、表现力、音乐选择的研究较少 ,特别是定量分析的资料更少。
Through documents and analyses,the authors found callisthenic studies in China fell into eleven categories among which studies on callisthenic teaching,teaching methods,shape,function,quality,adaptability and compiling ability were deep while those on aesthetic function,manifestation and choice of music were insufficient,with quantitative analyses of calisthenics scarce.
