摘要
研究WTO与体育产业相关的规则以及“入世”后对我国宏观经济的影响 ,分析我国体育产业的发展现状 ,明确入世对我国体育产业发展的利弊影响 ,进而探讨入世后我国体育产业发展的策略 ,认为必须深化改革 ,早日与WTO接轨 ;对国内体育产业 ,政策上予以倾斜 ,加大扶植 ;同时要重视知识产权和服务产业的发展。
This paper studies regulations of WTO relating to sports industry and the influences of the entry on the Chinese macro economy. It also analyzes the present situation of development of the Chinese sports industry in order to find out the advantages and disadvantages of the influences so as to formulate related strategies. It is held that the reform of sports should be deepened to get in line with WTO. Policies should be directed to the Chinese sports industry. Attention should be paid to intellectual property rights and services.
