摘要
我国加入 WTO后 ,东部与中西部地区由于对外开放发展不平衡和 WTO对不同行业、不同经济成分的影响不同 ,将在经济发展速度和规模上出现较大差异 ,因此会在短期内进一步扩大地区收入差距。我们必须正视这一问题 。
After entry of WTO, the pace and scale of economic development would have large regional disparity between East and Mid-west due to existing unbalance in the level of opening and different WTO influence on different vocations and economic sections, and therefore the regional income disparity would be expanded further in short time. We have to envisage this question and take over active countermeasure in time.
