摘要
生命权是指人们对自己的生命安全所享有的不受非法剥夺或威胁的基本权利。生命权是人与生俱来的自然的天赋的权利 ;生命权具有普遍性、母体性。
Life right is the basic right of citizens. It is not subjected to any threat nor will it be deprived illegally under any circumstance. It is thought that life right is a natural innate right. It is common and fundamental to everyone, and is not transferable. The constitution of our country treats life right as a implied right. This prevents life right from being guaranteed by constitution. At present, there still exist ignorance of the life right; people attach no enough importance to it. It's very urgent to explicitly define life right in the constitution in China.
